SUNNYVALE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Sept. 6, 2005— Cradle Technologies, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company providing Multi-core DSPs (MDSPs) for security and surveillance systems, will be exhibiting at the ASIS International Annual Seminar and Exhibits, one of the world's largest shows dedicated to security and surveillance. The conference will be held in Orlando, Florida, September 12-15, 2005 at the Orlando County Convention Center. Cradle's demonstrations will showcase the unparalleled performance of its latest MDSP product, the CT3616, in digital video recorder (DVR) and intelligent video content analysis (VCA) applications using MPEG4 and H.264 compression standards.

        single-CT3616 PCI card

    --  D1 resolution Main Profile H.264 encoder running real-time on
        Cradle's RDS-3600 development platform, using only a single
        CT3616 high performance MDSP
